Input Device:

Opening Device with Pulling Nip:

• ‘V’ shape opening device will be provide for opening the Film.
• Pulling device will be provided for pull the open width film from ‘V’ shape opening device
• 2 Nos. Roller with imported rubber fillet covering for creaseless puling of film.
• Geared Motor and A.C. frequency drive will be provided for synchronization.
• Complete structure with necessary guide rollers will be provide for Film guide passage up to winder.

Winder Device for Full width Film: (Output)

• Winder device is suitable to wind open width film roll of max. 5200 mm wide.
• Surface batch winding system to wind the film.
• 2 Nos. Roller with imported rubber fillet covering for winding the film roll.
• Dead weight pressure roll will be providing on top for tight roll winding.
• Winder capacity from Dia. 300 up to 500mm Dia. Of the Roll.
• Winding Roll will be covered with special rubber fillet.
• Film crease removing Bow pipe before winding.
