   Unit Composition

Machine consists of five parts:

3.1 Unwinding part:

  1. 1.1.1 Electric loading and unwinding system.
  2. 1.1.2 Electronic correction system for unwinding belt.
  3. 1.1.3 The swing bar automatically adjusts and unwinds synchronously.
  4. 1.1.4 Frequency conversion synchronous drive.
  5. 1.1.5 Elevated rack, bag feeding, accurately controlled by electronic ruler.


  • Automatic label inspection system:

  • Printing part (several colors divided into several groups):

 

  1. The ink tank is easy to clean to prevent ink splashing, and the diaphragm      circulating ink pump.
  2. Ceramic anilox roller + closd scraper structure, with shutdown ink distribution function.
  3. Unit servo speed regulation drive.
  4. Stop and separate ink distribution device.
  5. The plate cylinder is equipped with a deceleration device to improve color registration accuracy.
  6. The printing unit guide rail adopts linear ball slider guide rail.
  7. The printing of each color group adopts bilateral pneumatic brake positioning.

  • Drying part:

    1. Use an independent closed spiral heating circulation constant temperature drying system, can activate 1 group or 2 group to save power.


  • Rewinding part:

    1. The swing bar automatically adjusts and wind up synchronously.
    2. Equipped with pneumatic blanking assist system and rewinding correction device.
    3. Use polyurethane wear-resistant rubber rollers and frequency conversion synchronous drive.
    4. Bag collection is precisely controlled by electronic ruler.


  • General Control Cabinet:

    1. Control systems, touch screens and other electrical appliances adopt industry-leading brands (Delta).
    2. Operators can complete online testing functions such as the speed, production records, and error records of the entire machine through the friendly human-machine interface. The unit is completely intelligent, the printing color registration is more accurate, and the operation is simpler.

Substrate unwinding-layout printing-drying-rewinding

  1. Desing standards and manufacturing requirements the entire set of equipment is designed and produced to exceed mechanical design standards. The base uses a fully automatic pentahedral machining center to ensure accuracy, and the wall panels use a fully automatic machining center to

ensure accuracy (peers in the industry use laser cutting, which results in large errors).

  1. Specific Process Flow:
    1. Correction and unwinding: The cloth unwinding rack adopts a speed-adjustable motor for traction and unwinding, and an electric drive cloth roll lifting device.
    2. Printinf:5-color overprinting can be completed by a single printing process, and offset printing is used to achieve 5-color linkage overprinting.
    3. The position of the printing plate can be adjusted horizontally and vertically without stopping the machine. Accurate printing and overprinting can be achieved without stopping the machine during operation.
    4. There are transverse and longitudinal lines on the surface of the printing plate roller to facilitate alignment and plate mounting.
    5. There is an ink distribution device when the machine is stopped, and the ink cartridge has an anti-ink splashing device, which can reduce ink volatilization and improve safety.

Deviation correction and rewinding: The first winding machine in the industry uses a speed- regulating motor with an automatic deviation correction system and a pneumatically assisted cloth roll unloading device. The smoothness of the winding is beneficial.
